Vintage cream and bottle green enameled bin. With a gold handle either side. Looks like something you would expect to see on a railway platform. Tall and slim low profile design 
Great condition, the paint is fresh with some minor scratches, doesn't appear to have been used since. One of the rivets has come loose on one of the handles but doesn't affect functionality.
