Early 20th century oak writing bureau desk by Wylie and Lochhead Glasgow. The fall flap opens to reveal a leather inset writing surface and a fitted interior made up of pigeon holes and a single small drawer. Below are a pair of graduating drawers. Lovely quality from a highly regarded Scottish maker. Comes with a key for the purpose of opening the fall flap, the lock is a bit temperamental so we would advise against locking it.
